The HSW S.A. Service Office carries out general overhauls and running repairs of the machines and units manufactured by HSW S.A. and HSW-Trading Ltd.

The repair works are performed by specialists with many years’ experience in production, overhauls and servicing, and are based on the source design and technology documentation. The spare parts used are absolutely original, and this approach guarantees high quality, durability and reliability of the repaired machines. The nominal dimensions are carefully preserved for the main assemblies (e.g. frames, booms, buckets, traction frames, bulldozer attachment). Every time the overhaul range is agreed upon with the user.

At the customer’s request, the evaluation of the machine’s technical condition and the assessment of the repair range are performed in the field. The final verification is carried out in the customer’s presence after the complete disassembly of the machine and its units. After the repair has been finished, each machine is put to the tests according to the appropriate procedures similar to those for the new machines. All the overhauls and repairs are guaranteed adequately.
